Tusheti is the largest protected territory of Europe. The village Upper Omalo is declared an architectural reserve. Here each stone has its own story.

You can fill the beautiful atmosphere of Tusheti already in the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by the unbelievably beautiful landscapes, old houses built of the traditional flat stones and middle-aged fortress Keselo. Now in the fortresses is situated a Tuchman ethnographical museum, where you can learn much interesting.

Tusheti towers served as watchtowers and refuges from the raids of the Chechens and Daghestan aggressors.  The iron statuettes of animals found in the towers are dated IV-V centuries. The middle-aged towers are well remained on the ruins of the villages and settlements. We can see small structures - holy places, also the orthodox landparks and restored churches.
